Orders once placed and payments processed cannot be canceled.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges, returns, or offer refunds on Goods once sold.

Goods will be exchanged only in the unlikely case that your Goods arrives damaged. In such a scenario, drop us an email at shop@alternativephotography.in with a photo of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

 

​Our exchange policy for damaged goods lasts 3 days. If 3 days have elapsed since the arrival of your purchase, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you an exchange.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. depending on the delivery location.
